Acid Yellow 23
Orange yellow uniform powder, 0.1% aqueous solution is yellow, odorless. Soluble in water, glycerol and propylne glycol, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in oil. The solubility at 21 ºC is 11.8% (water) and 3.0% (50% ethanol). It has good heat resistance, acid resistance, light resistance and salt resistance, stable to citric acid and tartaric acid

 Application: it can be used in fruit juice (flavored) drinks, carbonated drinks, prepared wine, green plum, shrimp (flavored) slices, pickled vegetables, red and Green candy, pastry color packaging and canned watermelon paste, with the maximum dosage of 0.1g/kg; in plant protein drinks and Lactobacillus drinks, with the maximum dosage of 0.05g/kg; in ice cream, with the maximum dosage of 0.02g/kg.
It can also be used for washing, coating, ink, plastic and other industries and cultural and educational supplies coloring.
