RUBBER ANTISCORCHING AGENT PVI (CTP)
Properties: White crystal material (particles). Specific gravity 1.25-1.35. Soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, ethyl acetate, hot carbon tetrachloride, hot alcohol, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water
Applications: It can prevent early vulcanization of rubber materials during processing, improve processing safety, and has almost no impact on the vulcanization speed and performance of vulcanized rubber materials; because it can effectively prevent scorch, the high-temperature and high-speed operation of calenders and extruders becomes a problem. It is possible and can effectively use powerful vulcanizing activators to increase the production capacity of the vulcanizing machine and the total production capacity of the factory: it can greatly improve the storage stability of the rubber and prevent natural vulcanization during storage; it can be used with accelerators WILLING NS, WILLING M, WILLING DM, WLLING CBS are used together with effective or semi-effective vulcanization systems to improve the properties of rubber compounds: rubber compounds that have been subjected to high heat or have a risk of scorching due to season, operation and improper coordination cannot be processed further. Rubber material, this product has a regenerative recovery effect; no adverse side effects such as foaming and pollution: it is mainly used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially when used together with sulfenamide accelerators, it forms a good vulcanization system
