Calcium aluminate is a molten steel cleaner which is used inside of electric furnaces and during secondary refining of ladles.
(desulfurization, removal of inclusion, activation of lime and antioxidation of molten steel surface)
Calcium aluminate is easy to melt by fusion heat, desulfurize, remove the inclusion, build a suitable melted slag.
Our melted type of calcium aluminate is produced by carefully selected material.
Because of melted type, the impurities are few and it has no absorbency. So it is very stable.
The ratio of CaO/SiO2 is high. The content of SiO2 and Fe2O3 is low.
Because of low melting, it is easy to melt in molten steel.
CaF2 and carbon is not included.
It generates stable sulfide.
The damage to bricks is minimal. It leads to the life extension of ladles.
It activates lime.
