Product Description

Properties: Off-white powder (granules), slightly odorous, non-toxic. Specific gravity 1.31-1.34, melting point above 98ºC, easily soluble in benzene, toluene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, methylene chloride, acetone, ethyl acetate, not easily soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water, dilute acid, dilute alkali and gasoline.
Applications: CZ is a highly active post-effect accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. The promotion effect is very strong when the vulcanization temperature is above 138°C. it is usually used in conjunction with WILLING TMTD, WILLING DPG or other alkaline accelerators as the second accelerator. Alkaline accelerators such as thiurams and disulfide carbamates can enhance its activity. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, cables and other industrial rubber products.
