Product Description

Properties: Light yellow or orange crystal material (granules), non-toxic, with a slight ammonia smell. Melting point is above 80ºC, specific gravity is 1.34-1.40, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in water, dilute acid and alkali. Gradually decomposes when heated above 60ºC
Application: It is a post-effect vulcanization accelerator with low activity, large ductility, short vulcanization time, excellent scorch resistance, safe processing, easy dispersion, no blooming, slight discoloration, and is suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Mainly used in the manufacture of industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, and conveyor belts.
